摘　　要：物流配送及安全支付是电子商务最为热门的话题,其中安全支付更成为电子商务开展瓶颈。通过对电子商务支付现状和典型案例的分析研究,认为通过架构完整的现代商务的支付与结算体系是电子商务解决支付与结算的唯一正确途径。The logistics and safety＇s payment is the most popular topic of electronic business, safe payment become a bottleneck of electronic business. By the analytical research the present condition of payment and typical model case about electronic business, I think it is the only right path to frame the integrated structure of payment and Balance of accounts in electronic business.
