摘　　要：根据中央电视台新台址建设工程的特点,提出了本项目管理中的需求,建立了网络平台、项目办公自动化系统、施工现场远程视频监控系统和项目管理信息系统,取得了较好的应用效果。Based on the characteristics of CCTV New Headquarters, the requirements of this projects management are put forward. Furthermore, network platform office automation system, construction remote video monitoring system and projects management information system are established so that good application results are gained.
