摘 要:目的筛选黑木耳提取液的除杂工艺。方法采用ZTC1+1天然澄清剂法,以多糖保留率、总固形物、澄清度及色泽为指标,追行综合评分,筛选除杂工艺。结果黑木耳提取液除杂工艺为:ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂,用量为6%(V/V),浓缩比为1:60,反应温度20℃,搅拌速度为200r/min。结论筛选的除杂工艺合理可行,可能为黑木耳提取液提供一种新的除杂工艺。Objective To study the effect of purification of Auricularia polysaccharide. Methods The ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent were used in the extract of Auricularia polysaccharide. The effect was evaluated in terms of the ratio of polysaccharide holding, the yield of dry extracts, the clarification and the color of the solution. Results The optimum experimental condition is that the type of natural clarifying agents was ZTC1+1 Ⅱ, fed with 6% component, the ratio was 1:60, the reaction temperature was 20℃, and the stirring speed was of 200r/min. Conclusion This study show that Type Ⅱ ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent can effectively remove impurities, such as pigment, and can retain Auricularia polysaccharide better. This method can be optimally used in Auricularia polysaccharide purification.
