摘　　要：目的建立宫瘤消片中丹皮酚的含量测定方法，以控制该产品的质量。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱：日本岛津SHIM-PACK C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），柱温：30℃；流动相：甲醇-水（45：55），流速：1．0ml／min，检测波长：274nm。结果丹皮酚在0．0501μg-0．501μg之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）。平均加样回收率为99．55％（RSD=1．21）。结论方法简便易行、准确可靠，可用于宫瘤消片的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of content of paeonol in Gongliuxiao Tablet. Methods The method of HPLC was carried out with Japan Shimazu SHIM-PACK C18 column （4.6mm×150mm, 5μm）, the flow rate of the mobile phase of methanol-water （45：55） was 1.0ml/min, the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results Paeonol had a good linearity in the range of 0.0501μg-0.501μg, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.55%, and the RSD was 1.21%. Conclusion The method is easy, accurate and can be used to control quality of Gongliuxiao tablet.
