摘　　要：本文为研究蛇葡萄根膏对实验性慢性骨髓炎的疗效，成功地建立了一种改良的Zak大鼠慢性骨髓炎模型．该模型具有造模简便、基本无损伤、适合外用给药的特点。在造模基础上．用蛇葡萄根育外敷进行治疗．运用骨髓腔细菌数和X光片来分析实验结果。结果表明，蛇葡萄根膏能明显抑制骨髓内金葡菌，能减轻骨髓炎的炎症程度，其疗效与西药利福平相近。本实验为蛇葡萄根膏临床用于治疗慢性骨髓炎提供了药理依据。The article studied the therapeutic effect of Ointment Radix Ampelopsis sinicae treating experimental chronic osteomyelitis, devise a Zak rat model of chronic progressive osteomyelitis. The model is easy and convenient to make,suitable for external medical use and has no harm to skin. After making the model,Ointment Radix Ampelopsis sinicae was used in the treatment of osteomyelitis in rats by external spread. The number of Staphylococcus aureus in bone and X rayogram are employed to analysize the experimental result. To draw a conclusion, Ointment Radix Ampelopsis sinicae significantly restrains the Staphylococcus aureus in bone,and alleviates the inflammation degree of osteomyelitis,the therapeuties effect is similar to Rifampin. The experiment provides the pharmacological basis for Ointrnent Radix Ampelopsis sinicae clinically used to treat chronic osteomyelitis.
