摘　　要：论述了部队医院集体理财的意义,确保卫生经济发展的正确方向。面对新的形势及医疗市场激烈竟争的局面,医院求发展,充分利用有限的卫生资源,全面提升为兵、为民服务质量。在实践中,摸索出了一套适合部队医院财务管理的优质体系,严格制度、集体理财、精细管理、创新发展。医院财务管理的健康运行是医院全面优质管理的基础和命脉,可为医院持续稳定健康发展提供有力的保障。The article elaborated the importance of collective financing in military hospital for ensuring the development of health economics. Facing the heated competition of medical market, military hospital should make full use of limited health resource to enhance the medical service quality for the civilian and the army. In our practice, we implemented a first class set of management system which was suitable for financial management of military hospi- tal. The system included strict regulation, collective financing, careful management, innovation development. A sound financial management was the basis and lifeline of hospital comprehensive high quality management, and was helpful to hospital＇s sustainable development.
