摘　　要：目的:了解陆战部队官兵潜在卫生服务需要,为决策部门合理分配部队卫生资源提出决策建议。方法:采用整群抽样,2006年共调查某陆战部队827名官兵,采用SPSS10.0进行分析。结果:2006年某陆战部队官兵潜在卫生服务需要量大,两周自报患病率55.99%、患病未就诊率是55.94%。患病未就诊的原因主要是自感病轻和自我治疗。两周就诊疾病主要是骨骼、肌肉系统疾病(含外伤)、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病。两周患病就诊机构倾向于选择营卫生所、团卫生队、地方诊所和地方医院。结论:陆战部队官兵潜在卫生服务需要量大,但利用有待提高。建议开展有针对性的健康教育,使部队官兵增强自我保健意识。卫生管理机构应加大对基层重点保障部位的投入,更好满足基层官兵的医疗服务需要。Objective ： To study the basic condition of potential needs of health service in Marine Corps, in order to give advice to the health management institutions for optimizing the allocation of health resources. Methods ： Stratified cluster sampling was conducted, and a total of 827 military members in Marine Corps were sampled. Survey data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 software package. Results： There was high health service need in Marine Corps. The two weeks prevalence was 55.99% , among which 55.94% did not go to see the doctor. The reason why they did not go to see the doctor was that they thought they were not sick seriously and they could cure by themselves. The main disease problems were skeletal and muscle diseases, respiratory disease and digestive disease. The clinic visit was mainly in battalion hospital, group hospital and local hospital. Conclusion： There was high potential health service need in Marine Corps, while the utilization of which should be improved. More attention should be paid on the particular health education in order to raise the self - health consciousness of the military members. The health management institutions should enforce investment on health resources of the military at the basic level to meet the primary requirement of the military members.
