医院科技工作量化管理初探

摘　　要：科技工作对于医院来说是重要且必要的,但目前医院在科技工作管理方面往往缺少有效的调控机制和管理手段,对科技工作的绩效评价缺少科学有效的方法。为此,本文通过在医院建立科技工作量化评估指标体系,对科技工作的量和质进行全面的管理和控制,通过指标体系为科室定指标任务,同时引入经济手段,利用奖惩并举的方式使医务人员自觉自愿、高质高量的完成科技工作任务。The science and technology works were important and necessary to the hospital. However, there were short of effective management measure and regulation mechanism in its management. We had no effective methods to evaluate the performance of science and technology works. The article established an index system to evaluate the works. The index system can control and manage the quality and quantity of the works totally. It also helps us to make sure the index of tasks of clinical departments. At the same time, by using economic measures, this practice inspires medical personnel to complete scientific and technical works with high quality and quantity.
