摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定沙棘籽油中VE含量,并对方法进行了考查。波长292 nm处,VE进样浓度在0.3 m g/mL^1.0 m g/mL范围内,呈现良好线性,相关系数r=0.999 9,回收率97.47%,相对偏差2.22%,表明检测方法准确,结果可靠。Percentage of VE in seabuckthorn seed oil is determinated by HPLC. The determination method is also analysed. At wavelength of 292 nm, measuring consistencies of VE passed HPLC ranged from 0.3 mg/mL to 1.0 mg/mL. Curve diagram is drawn by measured data. Linear relation equation was established with coefficient of 0. 9999. The relative deviation is 2.22 %. The recovery rate of VE is 97.47 %.
