摘　　要：通过对19例全髋关节置换术后患者使用下肢外展支具,介绍支具的正确使用方法。应用下肢外展支具的患者未发生髋关节脱位。且下肢外展支具使用方便,造价低廉,可推广使用。The retrospective study was carried out for 19 patients who use lower extremitas abduction brace after total hip arthroplasty. To intreduce the correct method of use in nursing of rotating. No early dislocation happen to all the patients who use lower extremitas abduction brace. And the correct method use of lower extremitas abduction trace is cheap and generalization for use.
