摘　　要：为提高海上交通安全水平、增进通航能力和提高航运效率,采用JavaApplet技术,建立网络电子海图系统.该网络电子海图系统是在Internet或Intranet网络环境下建立的集兼容、存储、处理、分析、显示与应用电子海图地理信息等功能的,面向海上交通应用的行业WebGIS系统.系统除有后台管理功能和前台信息服务功能外,还具有面向具体用户的助航业务信息服务功能.该系统在厦门湾助航信息发布系统构建的应用中符合行业数据发布特点,满足用户访问要求.To improve maritime traffic safety and to enhance maritime traffic capacity and efficiency, JavaApplet technology is adopted to establish the net electronic sea chart system. This system is a Web- GIS system working under Internet or Intranet environment for maritime traffic industry. It has the functions such as compatibility, storage, analysis, information display and electronic chart information appli- cation etc. The system has background management and foregrounding information service functions as well as navigation-supporting to single users. The system has been used to structure the Xiamen Bay navi- gation-supporting distribution system, and has been proved fitting for maritime traffic spatial data distribution characteristics as well as meeting the users＇ demand.
