摘 要:分析了当前空调蓄冷材料的研究现状及存在的一些问题,提出一种新型的相变蓄冷材料,该材料相变温度适宜,相变潜热大,具有重大的现实意义和实用价值。通过对KCL溶液的相图分析和热力性能的研究,联系实际应用情况,研制出一种新型相变组合材料,其相变温度在-5℃左右,相变潜热为280KJ/Kg。性能稳定,节能效果好,非常适合应用于低温送风与相变蓄冷相结合的空调系统中。The situation and some issues of the thermal storage media at present were analysed and a new type thermal storage phase change material, which posseesses suitable phase change temperature, large phase change latent heat and provides important and practial value was found. After studying and reviewing the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties of the KCI eutectic salt, one kind of compound phase change material, whose phase change temperature is about -5℃ and phase change latent heat is 280kJ/kg was developed. This material has steady and effective energy saving performance, and is very suitable for air conditioning with low temperature air supply combined with thermal storage.
