锌对小鼠血清中细胞因子水平的调控作用研究

摘　　要：通过给小鼠灌胃ZnSO4,观察了15mg/kg3、0 mg/kg和60mg/kg剂量的锌被应用后对小鼠血清中细胞因子IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响,结果表明,锌能明显升高正常小鼠血清中的IL-2及TNF-α水平,且呈剂量依赖关系;而对IL-6则有显著的降低作用,即呈负相关性。该结果提示,微量元素锌对细胞因子水平有显著的调控作用。Changes of levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in sera of mice were observed after the mice were treated with different doses of Zn of 15 mg/kg, 30mg/kg and 60mg/kg respectively. The results showed that Zn had functions to increase the level of IL-2 in a dose dependent manner and raised the level of TNF- α significantly,the level of IL-6 and to the contrary. The results showed that Zn can enhance immune functions and adjust the levels of Cytokines in mice.
