鸡源致病性大肠杆菌药物耐受性与药物剂量相关性的研究

摘　　要：利用从山东省15个地区分离纯化并鉴定了的47株对庆大霉素、硫酸丁胺卡那霉素、氯霉素等药物中的一种或几种耐药的大肠杆菌菌株,进行了对这几种药物不同剂量耐药性的研究,以探讨大肠杆菌的药物耐受性与药物剂量的相关性,结果表明大多数没有耐药性的菌株,抑菌圈直径与药物浓度呈正相关;大部分已有耐药性的菌株,抑菌圈直径与药物浓度无相关性。47 drug resistance strains to one or several kinds of Gentamycin Sulfate,kanamycin Sulfate, Chloromycetin,Doxycycline Hydroehloride, Norfloxacin Hydrochloride,Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride from 15 areas of Shandong province were selected and purified to carry on the drug sensitive research at different dosages（1--8 times of quantities）in order to discuss E,coli drug resistance and dosage relevance. The result showes thet the majority strains which are not drug resistant have their bacteriostasis circle diameter and drug density positively correlated;the majority which are drug resistant have no relevance between the diameter and density.
