摘  要:目的:建立鄂产竹节参多糖含量的测定方法。方法:采用水提、醇沉的方法提取分离鄂产竹节参多糖,以葡萄糖为标准液绘制标准曲线,用硫酸-蒽酮分光光度法测定多糖含量,检测波长为610nm。结果:鄂产竹节参的多糖含量为126.80mg·g-1,平均回收率为99.58%。结论:该方法简便、快速、重现性好。对鄂产竹节参多糖的测定可获得满意结果。OBJECTIVE To establish a spec,rophotometric method for the determination of the polysaccharides in Panax japonicus CA. Mey of HuBei. METHODS The polysaccharides were extracted with distilled water and precipitated with ethanol. Its total soluble sugar contents were detected colorimetrically by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method at 610 nm with glucose as standard. RESULTS The soluble polysaccharide from Panax japonicus C. A. Mey of HuBei was 126.8 mg·g^-1. The average recovery was 99.58%. CONCLUSION The methods is simple, rapid and well reproducible, it is suitable for the determination of polysaccharide from Panax japonicus of Hubei.
