摘 要:目的:探索不同卡波姆浓度的目安眼膏体外释药规律,优选释药速度最快、释药量最多的卡波姆浓度作为目安眼膏基质,为评价本制剂的有效性提供依据。方法:运用UV法测定眼膏中阿昔洛韦的释药百分率,将药典溶出度测定第三法与透析袋法相结合进行体外释药试验,寻找动力学模型,提取释放速度及累积释放百分比参数进行比较。结果:目安眼膏卡波姆质量分数为0.6%,0.8%,1.0%时,体外释放曲线皆符合成布尔分布模型,3组t80%、Q8h皆有统计意义,0.6%组t80%最小,释药最快为3.123~3.188h,Qh为93.30%~93.11%。结论:目安眼膏基质中以卡波姆质量分数为0.6%最优。ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the optimun conceiration of carbomer in the Muan gel by drug releasing test. METHODS The release test was conducted by the method combining the third method of dissolution determination of the pharmacopeia and dialysis method. The ACV amount from gel base was determined by UV. Ascertain vitro releasing pharmacokinedc model equations, according to the drug releasing rate and accumulative percentage. RESULTS The in vitro releasing behaviors of Muan-eye-gel with 0. 6%,0. 8%, 1.0% carbomer concentrations followed the Weibull kinetic equation, and these three groups' t80% and Q8h had statistical significance. The sample with 0.6% carbomer concentration had the minimum t80% and Q8h (t80% = 3.123-3.188 h; Q8h = 93.11-93.30%) o CONCLUSION Muan-Eye-Gel's sample with 0.6% carbomer concentration appears the best of all.
