柴连口服液治疗感冒(风寒证、风寒挟湿证)的临床试验

摘　　要：采用柴连口服液治疗感冒（风寒证、风寒挟湿证），共观察病人５０６例。其中风寒证治疗组２００例，风寒挟湿证治疗组１０５例，观察结果：风寒证的总有效率为９５．００％，愈显率为８２．００％；风寒挟湿证的总有效率为９２．３８％，愈显率为８１．９０％；The therapeutic effect of Chailian Oral Liquid on 305 cases with common cold of wind _cold and wind_cold_damp types was studied.Among 305 cases,200 cases were of wind_cold type and 105 cases of wind_cold_damp type.The results showed that the total effective rates of wind_cold and wind_cold_damp types were 95.00% and 92.38 % respectively, and the cure and markedly effective rates were 82.00 % and 81.90 % respectively. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group.No adverse effect and toxic effect were observed during the clinical study.
