一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿68例临床分析

摘　　要：为观察和评估一期根治治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效，对68例肛周脓肿，采用一次性切开根治术12例，脓肿一次性切开引流挂线术12例，切开加挂管浮线对口引流术6例，切开挂浮紧线引流术8例，68例全部治愈，治愈率100％，随访6个月至2年均无复发，结果表明，一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效确切，其手术成功的要点在于准确寻找内口，合理选择术式，能够防止肛门失禁，肛瘘及肛门畸形等并发症或后遗症的发生.In order to observe find evaluate the therapeutic effects of primary radical procedure for peri-anal abscess.authors performed following procedure for the 68 patients,among whom 42 patients were subjected to the one-time＇s radical incision, 12 patients to the one time＇s incision drainage and thread-drawing,6 patients to the incision plus floating thread drawing ＆ aboral drainage,8 patients to the incision floating thread-drawing and fighting plus drainage. All of 68 patients were cured,cure rate was 100% ;the follow-up of 6-24 months did not find recurrent cases. The outcome showes the primary radical procedure has certain therapeutic effects for peri anal abscess. Its key points to success are to find exactly inner-opening,to select rationally procedure,to protect against anal incontinence.anal fistula and anal deformity,etc.
