复杂性肛瘘术中肛门肛管整形术式的应用评价

摘　　要：为了减少复杂性肛瘘术后肛门变形，在总结传统手术方法的基础上，术中采用瘘管分段处理，肛门肛管整形术治疗复杂性肛瘘865例，治愈率为98．2％，并发症发生率为0．9％。结果表明．该术式具有疗效高，并发症少，疗程短等优点。In order to reduce the incidence of anal deformity after operation for complex anal fistula,based on summarizing traditional operation method authors adopted the following procedure during operation,i, e fractionally managing fistula canal and making plasticity of anus ＆ anal canal. The 865 patients were subjected to above-mentioned procedure during operation,the curative rate was 98.2% ,incidence of complication was 0.9%o. The outcome showes that the procedure has such advantages as better therapeutic effects, less complication,shorter treatment course,etc.
