改良环切术与外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效比较

摘　　要：观察比较改良环切术与外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔临床疗效。分别采用两法治疗环状混合痔80例和67例，两组患者在切口愈合时间及术后肛门疼痛程度、肛缘水肿程度、是否二次手术、肛门有无狭窄进行对比观察。结果显示．改良环切术疗效优于传统的外痔切除内痔结扎术。结果表明．采用改良环切术治疗环状混合痔术后并发症如肛门疼痛明显减轻，肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄及二次手术的发生率明显减少。The objective of this study was to compare and analyse the clinical curative effects of improved circular resection procedure or external resection and internal ligation procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,which former procedure was performed in 80 cases,later in other 67 cases. The observed and compared items included healing time（days） of incision,incidence of postoperative complications such as pain degree of anus,edema extents of anal edge,being or not secondary operation,as well with or without anal stenosis. Results showed that in curative effects former procedure was superior to later one,but it was better than later in above-mentioned observed and compared items.
