摘 要:目的对5种医疗器械进行体外血小板粘附试验研究。方法采用血小板计数法,分别对流经涂有甲基硅油的玻璃珠、空白玻璃珠和试验材料的血液进行血小板计数,计算血小板粘附率、检验材料血液相容性。结果试验结果表明体外血小板粘附试验能快捷、准确地对医疗器械进行评价,是医疗器械进行血液相容性评价的重要试验,从而为国家血液相容性评价标准化提供可靠的依据。Objective Five medical devices were investigated through platelet adhesive test in vitro. Methods The blood passing through glass beads coated methyl silicone oil, glass globes and materials were characterized by counting the number of platelet, and the blood compatibility of materials was determined by calculating platelet ad- hesive rate. Results The results demonstrated that this test, as a chief choice for evaluating the blood compatibility of biomedical materials, can detect them quickly and accurately. Furthermore, it can provide reliable bases for the standardization of National blood compatibility evaluation.
