针刺、艾灸、针加灸治疗糖尿病的比较研究

摘　　要：将４２例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者随机分为针刺组、艾灸组、针刺加艾灸组进行比较研究。结果表明：治疗后３组患者临床症状均得到明显改善，空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、２４小时尿糖定量治疗前后有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），但以针加灸组的疗效最佳（Ｐ＜０．０１）。42 patients of non-insulin-dependent diabetes were randomly assigned to acupuncture group,moxibustion group and acupuncture plus moxibustion group and a comparatiove study was made. Results showed that in the three groups,after treatment clinical symptoms all improved markedly,and contents of fasting blood-glucose, saccharified hemoglobin and glucose quantity in urine of 24 hours had significant differences before and after treatment(p<0. 01),but the therapeutic effect in the acupuncturte plus moxibustion group was the best (P<0. 01).
