外剥内扎侧切术治疗嵌顿性环状痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨外剥内扎侧切术治疗嵌顿性环状痔的手术效果。方法:将100例嵌顿性环状痔患者随机分为观察组50例行外剥内扎侧切术,对照组50例行外剥内扎术,观察术后创面愈合时间、肛门疼痛及肛门水肿情况。结果:观组创面愈合时间比对照组平均缩短3d(P<0.05),观察组在减轻肛门疼痛及肛门水肿方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01察或P<0.05),且并发术后肛门狭窄少(P<0.05)。结论:外剥内扎侧切术能迅速减轻病人痛苦,疗效确切。Objective Discuss of the operative effect of external dissection and internal ligation plus laternal incision in treatment of incarcerated circumferential hemorrhoid. Methods 100 patients with incarcerated circumferential hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups： the observer group （50 cases）, subjected to the external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus laterna l incision and the control group （50 cases）, subjected to the external dissection ＆ internal ligation. Results The wound healing period of time in the observer group was shortened 3 days than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the therapeutic effect in terms of reducing anal pain and edema was better in the observer group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, and complicated with fewer postoperative anal stenosis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus laternal incision can quickly relieve pain and obtain the good curative effects.
