摘  要:就镁基贮氢合金的主要制备方法:熔炼法、机械合金化法、置换扩散法、固相扩散法、氢化燃烧合成法的研究进展进行了报道,讨论了不同方法对合金性能的影响。研究表明,镁基贮氢合金吸氢量大(MH2为7.6%),并具有良好的吸氢性能。Progress in preparation techniques for Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys was presented.The principle and methods of Mg-based hydrogen storage alloy produced by several fabrication processes,such as metallurgical process,alloying diffusion,mechanical alloying and hydriding combustion synthesis,were summarized.The hydriding and dehydriding and electrochemical properties of the alloys produced by these methods were also reviewed.The result showed that the capacity of hydrogen absorption of Mg-based alloys could reach to 7.6%(mass fraction) and the alloy has excellent hydrogen storage characteristic as well.
