摘　　要：简述了水煤浆合成气制甲醇的工艺流程,介绍了甲醇生产装置监控的重点,详细介绍了甲醇生产系统改造情况,包括:甲醇扩产改造、操作优化改造、大气污染优化改造、系统节能改造。通过采取这些生产操作控制措施,可达到增产节能、适应市场需求、实现经济效益最大化的目的。The process flow and monitoring points for methanol production based on coal water slurry gasification were introduced. The renovation of the methanol system was described in detail. Those include increased production capacity, optimized operation, pollutant control and revamping on energy conservation. Through the above measures good economic benefit was obtained.
