摘  要:目的观察雌性激素调节鼠脑微管蛋白合成和延长鼠寿命的作用。方法用雌性激素治疗幼年时切除卵巢的小鼠和正常老年鼠,以3H-秋水仙碱为探针,测定治疗前后小鼠脑微管蛋白含量;同时观察各组小鼠的死亡年龄。结果雌性激素可显著地增加鼠脑微管蛋白含量(P<0.005)。结论雌性激素促进脑微管蛋白合成,有利于神经元轴突、树突的分化与发育,延缓神经元的萎缩、老化,从而延长小鼠的寿命。Objective To observe the effect of estrogen on regulation of tubulin synthesis in brain and prolonging life span in mice. Methods Fifteen months old mice and ovariectomized young mice were treated with estrogen and determined the brain tubulin amount of pre or post treatment by 3 H ochicine assay. At the same time, the age of death in each group was observed. Results Estrogens increased brain tubulin amount ( P <0 05) and lengthened the life span ( P <0 005). Conclusions Estrogen stimulation of tubulin synthesis favored differentiation and development of neurons as well as outgrowth of axons and dentrites. It might delay neurons from aging and withering and therefore, prolong life.
