八味丹参茶对高血脂症大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：采用高脂模型-预防性给受试物法,分别以1.5,3.0,6.0 g.kg-1八味丹参茶,连续给大鼠灌胃40 d,测定血总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(ApoA-I)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的含量,同时用毛细管法进行血液流变学检测.结果表明,八味丹参茶(BWT)大剂量组大鼠血清中TCH、LDL-C含量明显降低,HDL-C含量升高,TG含量有降低趋势,血液流变学有改善.The model of hyperlipidemia of lipid-preventive tested sample was adopted.After being given Baweidanshen Tea in dosages of 1.5,3.0 and 6.0 g·kg^-1 BWT respectively for 40 days,the contents of cholesterol（TCH）,triglyceride（TG）,lower density lipoprotein（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C） and apolipoprotein A-I（ApoA-I）,apolipoprotein B（ApoB） in serum of rats were determined by enzyme method.And hemorheology was determined with capillary method.The results show that Baweidanshen Tea could decrease the serum contents of TG,TCH,LDL-C and increase the content of HDL-C and high dosed group could significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.
