摘  要:采用热化学方法,将玉米秸秆裂解为生物质燃气,并对该燃气进行优化试验,制备出合成气.在直流流动等温积分反应器中,采用国产C 301铜基催化剂,对玉米秸秆合成气催化合成甲醇进行了试验.运用SHBWR状态方程,计算了加压下秸秆合成气合成甲醇反应体系的密度及状态方程参数.In order to investigate the conversion of cornstalk biomass into the industrial product(synthesis of fuel methanol) and the effective utilization of biomass energy,the pyrolysis test of cornstalk biomass fuel gas was carried out by means of the thermochemical method.With the optimum test result,the cornstalk synthesis gas was prepared.The catalytic synthesis of methanol from the cornstalk syngas using the catalyst,domestic Cu-based C301 was carried out in a tubular-flow integral and isothermal reactor.Through the SHBWR state equation,the equation parameters and the density data were calculated under high pressure for the systems studied.
