摘　　要：随着移动通信业务的发展和服务的深入、市场竞争的日趋激烈,移动数据增值业务已成为各运营商竞相发掘的服务领域和利润增长点。要顺利实现日益增多的短信增值业务,网间互联互通的重要性日益突出。短消息网关协议设计作为提供短信服务的网络运营商和使用网络短信服务的用户间的规范,为网络上的短信服务提供了正常运行所必须的规范的保证。With the development of the mobile communication, the additional services to the mobile data transmission are becoming a new increment point of profit of mobile service providers. More and more additional short message services are to be provided, so the communications between different networks become more and more important. The short message gateway protocol gives a standard between the ISPs and the users, and ensures the normal operations of the short message services on the networks.
