摘　　要：分析了循环经济的主体特征,阐述了房地产开发过程中实施循环经济发展理念的必要性和可行性。并基于循环经济的理念和工程项目全寿命周期评价思想,对房地产开发项目规划与设计阶段、工程建设阶段、工程使用阶段、工程老化阶段提出了具体要求,构建以循环经济为发展理念的房地产开发模式。This paper analyzed the main characters of circular economy and expounded the necessity and the feasibility of applying the development idea of the circular economy to real estate development. In addition, based on the concept of total life cycle evaluation and circular economy ideas, all stages of real estate development project, including planning, designing, building, etc, were given some requests in detail and a pattern of real estate development was established, which took circular economy as its development idea.
