摘　　要：分析了我国监理企业信息管理的现状及存在的问题,阐述了监理企业加快信息化建设的必要性及重要性,提出基于知识管理的多项目管理信息平台的构建是解决监理企业决策层、管理层和作业层信息沟通及协作管理的最佳途径。对多项目管理信息平台的子系统及功能模块构成进行了简介,并根据监理企业的特点分析了企业多项目管理信息平台构建过程中可能存在的障碍,提出了对策建议。This paper analyses the status and problems of information management in project supervision enterprise, explains the necessary and importance of speeding information construction. It proposes that the establishment of multi-project management information system is the best way for improving the information communication and collaboration between different roles of the project supervision enterprise. And some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems in the building process of multi-project management information system.
