摘  要:通过对山茶籽油的碱炼、脱色和减压蒸馏的处理,制取出具有优良电气性能的山茶籽绝缘油。研究了山茶籽绝缘油的理化及电气性能,对比分析了山茶籽绝缘油、菜籽绝缘油和25#变压器油的击穿电压、介质损耗因数和介电常数等电气性能指标;分析了山茶籽绝缘油的抗氧化机理,测试了分别添加7种抗氧化剂的山茶籽绝缘油与菜籽绝缘油的氧化诱导期。试验结果表明,山茶籽绝缘油闪点高,具有优良的电气性能,合理选择抗氧化剂能够提高其抗氧化能力。A type of camellia-seed insulating oil with excellent electrical properties is obtained by the procedure of alkali refining, bleaching and vacuum distillation on raw camellia-seed oil in the paper. Physical, chemical and electrical properties of the refined camellia-seed insulating oil are investigated. The electrical properties of the camellia-seed insulating oil about electrical breakdown voltage, dielectric dissipation factor and relative permittivity are furthermore analyzed and compared with the corresponding properties of rapeseed insulating oil and 25# transformer oil. Antioxygenic mechanism of camellia-seed insulating oil is also analyzed. Seven types of antioxidants are tested for camellia-seed insulating oil and rapeseed insulating oil samples. The oxidation induction time of the two types of vegetable insulation oils with different antioxidants is measured. The experimental results indicate that the camellia-seed insulating oil possesses high flash point and excellent electrical properties and its antioxygenic properties can be improved by using proper antioxidant.
