摘 要:潜电路是由于设计时考虑不周,在正常的电子线路中由分布参数、器件非线性状态等诸多因素构成的潜藏于正常设计通道之外的通路。潜电路的隐蔽性很强,并不是在电子系统每次运行都发生作用,而是在某种特定条件下才形成。本文首先对升压、反相谐振开关电容变换器中存在的潜电路进行分析和验证,并与降压谐振开关电容器中的潜电路进行比较,探讨它们出现潜电路时的异同,由此总结潜电路发生的一般规律。本文同时推导出升压、反相变换器在潜电路发生时的参数关系,为预防谐振开关电容变换器潜电路发生提供设计依据。Because of the distributing parameters, the nonlinear characteristic of components and other factors, there are some sneak paths in normal circuit. The sneak circuit is so hidden that it doesn't appear in normal operation and only operates just under some specified conditions. The step-up resonant switched capacitor (RSC) converter and the inverting RSC converter are studied in the paper. The sneak circuits existed in these two converters are analyzed and compared with that in the step-down RSC converter. The similarities and differences among them are discussed and the general law with sneak circuit has been summarized. The parameters relationship of the two converters with sneak circuit is also deduced in this paper, which offers design formula to hold back the sneak circuits in them.
