摘  要:三峡枢纽运行中后期,上游引航道隔流堤将永久船闸和升船机的航道包括在内(即大包方案)为技术设计专题研究论证的优选方案。在此基础上提出了船闸从堤外取水的设想,从而可以较好地解决堤内往复流和水位波动、航道内淤积等航运的关键技术问题。流态试验的结果表明,如将三期纵向围堰加高到148米高程,右电厂直接从围堰右侧进水,则能明显地改善坝前的流态,对保证枢纽的过流能力和增加发电量都有重要意义。For the condition of Three Gorges project (TGP) operating for about thirty years, the separating dike which includes both the ship lock and the ship lift is recommended as the optimum scheme in the technical design. The intake of ship lock locates outside of the dike is also suggested in this paper. Problems of the reciprocating flow, water stage fluctuation and the sediment deposition in navigation channel can be well solved by this scheme. A suggestion to raise the third stage longitudinal cofferdam to elevation 148 m will guide the water flow from the right side of the cofferdam to the right powerhouse. The experimental results indicate that it will much improve the flow pattern to guarantee the sluicing capacity of the outlet work and the power generation of the project.
