摘 要:通过冷态模拟试验,对唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司第一钢轧厂150 t顶吹转炉的溅渣护炉工艺进行了研究,确定出了最佳操作工艺参数。结果表明,顶吹气体流量的提高有利于增加炉衬的溅渣密度;当气体流量为35000Nm^3·h^-1时,最佳枪位为2.4m;综合考虑炉衬和炉帽的溅渣量,最佳留渣量为10%;溅渣前将炉身倾斜一定角度有利于增加炉衬的溅渣密度,最佳倾斜角度为3°-4°。Through the experiments of cold modeling, the slag splashing protection technology for 150t BOF in the NO. 1 Steel-Roll Mill of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd is studied, and the optimum parameters are determined for operational technology. It is indicated that the splashed slag density of lining can be increased by raising top blowing gas-flow rate. Under the condition of gas-flow rate of 35000Nm^3 · h^- 1, gun position of 2.4m can be thought the optimum one. Considering the splashed slag amount from each part, the slag amount of 10% can be thought the optimum one. The splashed slag density of lining can also be increased by incresing the slope angle of furnace stack before splashing slag process, and the optimum slope angle of 3°- 4° is determined.
