摘 要:在分析机械产品能量消耗特性的基础上,从产品设计角度出发,建立了能量消耗的抽象过程模型,并导出全生命周期能量模型。运用键合图等理论,分析产品生命周期各阶段的能量因素与能量消耗之间的关系,给出各阶段能量的量化公式。并将模型进行扩展运用于方案优选。结合机床传动机构设计实例对提出的模型和方法进行了验证。Based on the analysis of energy-consuming characteristic of mechanic products, the abstract process model of energy consumption was established from the viewpoint of product design, and the energy-consuming model for life cycle is deduced for the material, structure, and manufacture system. For each stage of product life cycle, the relationship between energy/actors and energy consumption was analyzed by adopting the theory of bond graph. And then the quantitative energy formula for each stage of life cycle was presented. The design scheme optimization was carried out by the expanded application of the model. The model and method in the paper were validated by a product case.
