摘　　要：电影作品传播方式的多样化使得权利人难以有效地许可和转让权利,从而限制了电影作品的广泛传播和使用。而设立著作权集体管理组织可以为使用者发放"一揽子"许可,从而有效地实现权利人的合法权益,促进电影作品的广泛传播和使用。As a comprehensive, technical and collective art, the copyright of film has its own characteristics. The article studies China film copyright, recalls the film copyright protection in the history and analyses the problems existing in the film copyright protection area. Based on the actual situation of China＇s film copyright protection, collective management is an effective way to protect the film copyright in China.
