摘　　要：作为农村社会保障的第一道安全网,农村社会救助制度对保障农民利益、促进农村经济发展、维护社会稳定发挥着重要作用。目前我国农村社会救助制度存在诸如资金来源渠道狭窄、救助水平低、救助方式单一等一系列问题,有待在救助项目、救助方式、资金筹集以及管理理念等方面加以突破和创新。Rural social relief system, as the first safety net of rural social security system, plays an important role in protecting the interests of farmers, promoting rural economic development and maintaining social stability. At present, there are still many problems on China＇s rural social relief system,such as the narrow channels of funding sources, the low level, and the single means of aid. Therefore,we should aim at breakthrough and innovation in the presentaid projects,means of relief, aid financing and management, etc.
