摘　　要：测定了可靠性耐久试验道路面载荷样本,经预处理并对测得信号进行了统计分析,采用穿级计数法,根据标准累积频次分布,并经规格化整理,编制了摩托车车架关键部位的疲劳载荷谱,为摩托车车架的疲劳寿命估计、室内模拟试验和有限元分析提供了必要的载荷数据.This paper measures a motorcycle＇ s load spectrum when it is running on areliable durable experimental mad. After pretreatment and statistic analysis, the fatigue load spectrum is compiled through level cross counting and standardized treating according to the standard accumulation frequency distributing, which provides reliable data for estimating the fatigue lifetime, laboratory experiment, and finite element analysis of the motorcycle frame.
