摘　　要：本文采用具有分离手段的薄层层析，选择合适的展开剂，经分离后，取下土菌消的斑条，利用电位滴定法进行土菌消含量测定该法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于产品质量控制和检测．In this paper, a procedure to separate the mixture of tachigaren was descriped.the Samples was deceloped by a developping agent on dilican GF254 The stripes of tachigaren was determined by potentiometric titation. The method has good accurocg reliability and excellent reproducibility and easy to operat.
