摘 要:以柴油机曲轴-轴承系统为研究对象,建立了计入主轴颈倾斜时弹性曲轴-轴承系统的动力学摩擦学耦合分析模型;采用ADAMS和Matlab联合仿真,在额定工况下进行了弹性曲轴动力学和主轴承摩擦学耦合分析;着重分析了计入曲轴主轴颈倾斜时,主轴承摩擦学行为和曲轴动力学响应之间的相互影响。计算结果表明:计入曲轴主轴颈倾斜,主轴承最小油膜厚度大幅度下降,最大油膜压力大幅度升高,曲轴轴承系统动力学特性以及响应也发生变化。Coupling simulating modal between dynamics and tribology was built for a flexible crankshaft-bearing system of an internal combustion engine considering misalignment caused by elastic deflection of the crankshaft. Coupling analysis has been done in the rating condition by the software ADAMS and Matlab. Coupling relation among dynamical performance of 'the crankshaft, tribological behaviors of the 5 main bearings and misalignment of crankshaft journal has been investigated in detail. It showed that the maximum pressure of oil film for the main bearings increased obviously and the minimum thickness of oil film decreased greatly when the journal misalignment was taken into consideration. Some changes were also taken place simultaneously for the dynamic responses of the system.
