摘 要:在分析受控激光喷丸强化机理的基础上,通过激光喷丸强化力学效应的物理模型和残余应力的弹塑性模型,分析了激光喷丸强化诱导残余应力的特点,研究了残余应力大小和深度与激光喷丸工艺参数的关系。通过调整激光参数及工艺条件以控制残余应力场的分布,并根据残余应力场的分布判断激光喷丸强化效果,保证了受控激光喷丸强化后工件的疲劳寿命获得较大幅度的提高。Controlled laser shock peening is an advanced surface treating technology. Based on representing the mechanics of controlled laser shock peening, physical model of mechanics effect and elastic-plastic model of residual stress were established, characteristic of laser-induced residual stress has been analyzed, the relations between laser processing parameters and laser- induced residual stress were researched. Distribution of residual stress field was controlled by adjusting laser parameters and technology condition, then the effect of LSP has been identified, furthermore, fatigue life of the components could be assuredly increased after controlled laser shock peening.
