摘　　要：本文尝试性地重构地方领导干部政绩考核指标体系,并从定量分析角度运用层次分析法对指标体系进行整体分析和比较,科学地确定了地方领导干部政绩考核指标体系中各指标的权重。The Paper tries to reconstruct the system of evaluating the achievements of the local leaders, makes an over- all analysis and comparison of the index system by using the analytical hierarchy process from the angle of quantitative analysis, and scientifically determines the weight in the index system of evaluating the achievements of the local leaders.
