摘　　要：本文研究了２０ＣｒＭｎＴｉ渗碳钢的高温组织变化，确定了最佳渗碳温度，并在变温增强短周期渗碳工艺中获得了应用。This paper concentrates its study on high temperature structure change of 20CrMnTi Carburizing Steel,determines the best carburizing temperature and applies it to Changing temperature short cycle reinforcing carburizing technology.
