摘　　要：监控装置是中国特有的铁路列车安全超速防护系统,特别适合中国铁路的客货混跑和多种信号制式的情况。使用10年来,在保障行车安全方面发挥了巨大作用。随着监控装置硬件升级,铁路运输新需求及功能的增加出现了其车载软件的不适应。针对目前监控装置车载线路数据开发和模式管理存在的问题,构思开发一套能够适应铁路快速发展的监控装置车载软件管理系统。Locomotive monitoring device was a kind of safety system using for defending overspeed that was used in China Railway System. The System was especially suited mix transportation of customers and cargo and the multimode of signal situation in China. The System had been approved great appling effect in operation safety in the ten years. However, new requirement and function of railway transportation resulted the unfit of the software by the upgrade of the hardware. Now aimed at the problem of line data development and mode management of the device, it was designed a set of Management Information System for Device Software Development that could fit the requirement of the speedy railwaydevelopment.
