摘　　要：在氨水介质中,反应温度为100℃;反应时间为6min;以393nm为激发波长,556nm为发射波长,采用阻抑动力学荧光法测定鱼腥草中槲皮素的含量。方法的线性范围为0.01—0.1mg/L,检出限为1.9×10-3mg/L,用此方法可测定鱼腥草中槲皮素的含量,方法操作简便、灵敏度高。In NH3·H2O solutions,reaction temperature and time is 100℃ and 6min,the content of quercetin in houttuynia cordatas thumb was determined by inhibitory kinetic fluorimetry with the excitation at 393nm and emission at 556nm.The linear range is 0.01—0.1mg/L with the detection limit of 1.9×10^-3mg/L.The method was applied to the determination of quercetin in houttuynia cordatas thumb.
