半结构化的优秀运动队教练员综合能力测评系统的研究

摘　　要：以江苏省南京市篮球、乒乓球、排球等项目的高级教练员以及相关训练学专家、管理人员为研究对象,运用半结构化测评原理,采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,剔除环境因素对教练员能力充分发挥的影响,建立具有半结构化特征的教练员综合能力考评系统,为体育管理部门科学、客观、合理地评价优秀运动队教练员的综合能力提供参考。Taking the senior coaches from basketball, volleyball, table tennis of Nanjing city Jiangsu province, relative training experts and administrators as research subjects, this paper sets up the semi-construct of evaluation system of general ability for the coaches in Chinese excellent teams by the methods of documentary review, expert interview and questionnaire investigation. Using semi-construct theory, this system gets rid of the influence of environment factor. This research provides scientific objective and rational reference for sport management departments to evaluate the general ability of the coaches in excellent teams.
