家蚕雌蛾粉对雌性幼鼠的药理作用研究

摘　　要：给雌性幼鼠灌胃不同剂量的家蚕雌蛾粉,通过对小鼠自主活动次数、扭体反应次数、入睡潜伏期、睡眠时间、游泳存活时间、体重、子宫卵巢系数等指标的考察,研究家蚕雌蛾粉对雌性幼鼠的药理作用。发现家蚕雌蛾粉可以显著减少雌性幼鼠的自主活动次数,缩短戊巴比妥钠引起的入睡潜伏期并延长睡眠时间,减少由冰醋酸引起的扭体次数,延长游泳存活时间,增加体重,提高子宫卵巢系数,表现出明显的镇静、镇痛、催眠、提高耐力、促进生长和生殖器官发育等作用。结果显示,家蚕雌蛾粉具有很好的药用开发价值。Affusing different-dosage female silkworm moth to female immature rat, the independent activity times, twisting times,surviving time,drop asleep delitescence and sleep times of rat were observed and rat＇s body, uterus and ovaries were weighted. The result showed that the female immature rat＇s independent activity times were decreased,the drop asleep delitescence caused by pentobarbital sodium was shortened,the sleep times were prolonged, the twisting times caused by glacial acetic acid were decreased,the surviving time of swimming were prolonged,and the weight of body, uterus and ovaries were increased by female silkworm moth. The female silkworm moth has very high medicinal value.
