摘　　要：介绍了一种新型、高效的精馏设备——折流式超重力旋转床的结构、性能及其在工业生产连续精馏中的应用。工业生产表明,在相近的操作条件下,一台直径为830 mm、高度仅为0.8 m的折流式超重力场旋转床的分离效果与10多米高的填料塔相当,可达15-20块理论板,而设备的占地面积不足2 m^2,展示出了良好的应用前景。A new type of distillation apparatus named zigzag rotating bed（ZRB） is developed. Its structure,characteristics, and its successful industrial applications in continuous distillation are described in detail. Commercial application indicated that 15-20 theoretical plates are achieved by ZRB with 830 mm in diameter and only 800 mm in height, and its separation ability is comparable with that of packed column which height is more than 10 m under the same operating condition, but space occupied is less than 2 m^2. ZRB shows wide applications in industry now.
