摘　　要：犯罪矫正模式及其有效性的探讨是犯罪管理学中的重要课题。文章利用经济学理论深入分析第三部门参与的社区矫正模式的制度原因,并从成本效应、交易效应、投入产出效应等角度分析其存在的有效性,认为社区矫正模式符合我国的经济环境,并将成为新时期我国罪犯矫正模式的主要形式之一。It＇ s important to study the mode and effectiveness of crime correction. The writer analyzes the reason of third section participates in community correction by using economical theory. Its validity is also analyzed from the view of cost-effectiveness, trading effectiveness and input and output efficiency. It shows that the community correction is very useful under the economic environment of China; furthermore, it will be one of the main modes of crime correction in the near future.
